Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Quazzi Cosmetics order. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, and final sale items, cannot be returned unless defective.

How to start a return

Contact us at theboundlessbeautycompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions for returning your item(s).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a separate order once the return is approved.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right at no cost to you.
